The CliftonStrengths® Assessment is a tool developed by Gallup to help individuals identify and understand their natural talents and strengths, providing a blueprint for how to optimize performance, enhance relationships, and find fulfillment in both personal and professional endeavors.

There is only one Assessment, however you have the option to purchase just the TOP 5 REPORT ($24.99) or the FULL 34 REPORT ($59.99). Should you choose the Top 5 Report and, in the future, decide to unlock the Full 34 Report, you can choose the UPGRADE option and pay an additional fee ($49.99).

While I do recommend investing in the Full 34 Report (primarily because it does offer the best value), either of the report options will provide a holistic approach to personal and professional growth.
